You will support a Managing Director and team members with extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external face-to-face meetings and video calls. You will manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation, visas, client entertainment, and expense claims. Additionally, you will coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones by interacting with other executive assistants.
