Job description

A well-established international investment firm is looking for a highly capable and self-driven executive assistant to oversee day-to-day operations and support senior professionals in its Singapore office. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. Key duties will include managing office logistics, supporting senior-level staff with calendar and travel coordination, facilitating communication with internal departments and external vendors, assisting with event planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The role will also involve working closely with colleagues across global offices and helping to maintain a cohesive, team-oriented office culture. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook) is essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive information with care. A proactive mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities are key. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate effectively with regional and international stakeholders.
