As an Executive Assistant, Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate and maintain the schedules of the management

  • Support clinic operations matters which includes:-

  • Process and verify purchases and claims through the appropriate procurement systems.

  • Handle verification and processing of transport claims.

  • Compile and prepare operational performance reports for the Director.

  • Maintain training records and provide logistical support, such as printing materials and arranging refreshments, as required.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory for and assist with the procurement and decommissioning of IT equipment.

  • Review and verify staff leave and transport documentation prior to approval to ensure manpower coverage and indicate necessary arrangements before approving leave requests.

  • Maintain and update content on the organisation Intranet.

  • Organize and coordinate hosting events.

  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including booking and preparing meeting facilities.

  • Record meeting minutes or notes when assigned.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
