Job Scope

• Support daily operations of healthcare databases, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in data preparation, processing, and validation tasks using SQL and Python
• Maintain data access controls and support backup and recovery processes
• Help generate basic reports and assist in data analysis
• Provide user support for database access or related issues
• Document data workflows and procedures
• Work with healthcare teams to understand data needs and identify trends in data

Requirements

• Diploma in related field
• 1–2 years of experience in data handling or support role
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle)
• Familiarity with Python programming
• Understanding of data processing and analytics concepts
