A leading company is seeking an administrative candidate responsible for managing procurement, reporting, training coordination, and event support. The ideal applicant should hold a Diploma in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Claims
Manage purchase requests and transport claim processes through procurement systems.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare clinician operational reports for senior leadership.
Assist locums with payroll inquiries and maintain the manpower listing.
Equipment & Licenses
Maintain and update equipment masterlists; monitor license renewal schedules.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown reports, procure or condemn equipment as needed.
Training Coordination
Assign training modules, track records, send reminders, and manage event logistics (materials, refreshments).
Event & HQ Support
Plan and execute events (celebrations, meetings)—arrange venue, catering, gifts, and documentation.
Manage paperwork, IT asset logistics, leave/transport claims, stationery orders, mail, and update the intranet.
Security & Access Management
Handle staff key-fob and card assignments, maintain digital attendance and statistical reporting systems.
Calendar & Meeting Management
Maintain director-level calendars, organize meetings (internal/external), prepare minutes, coordinate logistics.
Requirement
