Your new company

In this individual contributor role, you will be supporting a top-performing financial consultant. She is currently ranked among the top 3 financial consultants of the year and is a 4-times TOT (Top of the Table) qualifier, as well as a 6-times MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be responsible for managing her calendar and travel arrangements, meetings schedule and preparing financial summaries for clients.

  • Manage the diary and meeting schedules, including coordinating and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively confirm appointments a few days in advance, arrange venues or video calls and ensure director is well prepared.
  • Maintain existing database of client information. Monitor and manage client messages (email, WhatsApp, SMS) professionally and promptly. Reply or escalate messages appropriately, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare financial summaries for clients to support insurance planning and annual policy reviews. Track policy renewals, milestones, and follow-up tasks to ensure a smooth clieny experience.
  • Act as a key contact point between the agent, clients, and vendors. Arrange meetings and follow-ups independently and ensure a cordial and professional relationship with clients.
  • Ad-hoc travel arrangements for local and international trips, such as travel itinerary, visa application, flight bookings, hotel accommodation and transportation arrangements

What you’ll need to succeed

  • To ensure your success in this role, you will need:
  • · Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • · Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in the insurance industry as a plus
  • · Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • · Proficient in office management and administrative tasks
  • · MS Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
