A leading company in the public healthcare sector is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Finance and Clinic Operations departments. The role involves managing intranet pages, assisting with finance-related tasks, and providing secretarial support to the department head. Candidates should possess a diploma and have strong communication and organizational skills, with a preference for those who have prior secretarial experience.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the intranet pages for the Finance and Clinic Operations departments.
Handle both routine and ad-hoc tasks for various committees, including medical department funds and health-related funds.
Prepare and organize information for committee meetings related to the above funds.
Assist with finance data entry, such as processing receipts and payments.
Help track and update the IT Access Register.
Support the update of the Clinic Executives' leave roster and manage patient listings.
Compile and prepare the monthly reports for Finance and Clinic Operations.
Provide secretarial support to the Head of Finance and Clinic Operations.
Serve as the main point of contact for the operations of the Finance and Clinic Ops departments.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Possess a diploma in any field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1-2 years of experience in secretarial support is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
