Job description

Our esteemed client in the public healthcare industry is seeking for a Executive Assistant to join their organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the intranet pages for the Finance and Clinic Operations departments.

  • Handle both routine and ad-hoc tasks for various committees, including medical department funds and health-related funds.

  • Prepare and organize information for committee meetings related to the above funds.

  • Assist with finance data entry, such as processing receipts and payments.

  • Help track and update the IT Access Register.

  • Support the update of the Clinic Executives' leave roster and manage patient listings.

  • Compile and prepare the monthly reports for Finance and Clinic Operations.

  • Provide secretarial support to the Head of Finance and Clinic Operations.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the operations of the Finance and Clinic Ops departments.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma in any field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in secretarial support is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
