Job description:

DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Update and scan laboratory results in a timely manner into the computer system.
2. Monitor office supplies, ensure proper storage and sufficient supplies of office consumables and educational materials.
3. Raise Purchase Requisitions for stock/non-stock purchases.
4. Provide administrative support to the DSC Head and DSC Head, Operations including managing of calendar, minutes taking, booking of venues, setting up rooms.
5. Assist to update DSC operational guidelines and intranet information.
6. Assist to maintain a good paper and electronic filing systems.
7. Assist in tracking, prepare and submit returns by departments and DSC Management Report.
8. Upkeep and maintain office equipment, maintenance, key press and allocation of staff locker records.
9. Provide administrative support in data entry/ verifications for DSC projects.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
