Responsibilities:

Personal Admin Duties (60%)

  • Provide personal and administrative support to Senior Management and Management Associate.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and ensure proper documentation for any communication within the company.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in follow-ups and reminders for key tasks and deadlines.

Marketing Duties (40%)

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to attract candidates and clients.
  • Manage and grow our online presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Note).
  • Assist in content creation (posts, articles, visuals, infographics).
  • Support in organizing promotional events and outreach activities.
  • Track analytics and prepare reports to measure campaign success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
