A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Admin Executive to handle invoicing, maintain contracts, support staff onboarding, and perform various admin tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Diploma or A Level and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. Salary is up to S$3,200.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient bills and ensure accurate invoicing to vendors.
Maintain contracts for implants and consumables.
Monitor usage of consignment items and arrange top-ups.
Organize meetings, book venues, and manage catering.
Handle purchase requests, supplier quotes, and invoice processing.
Support staff onboarding and offboarding.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general admin tasks (filing, typing, scanning, photocopying).
Answer calls and handle enquiries.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma or A Level.
Min 2 years of admin/clerical experience.
Good understanding of numbers and basic accounting.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
