As an Executive Assistant, you will collaborate with a variety of teams, assisting in daily operations and contributing to strategic initiatives. You will be pivotal in organizing events, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for department leaders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Prepare and manage departmental communications, including emails, letters, and presentations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee department events, including logistics, catering, and follow-ups.
  • Digital and Print Materials: Develop and maintain department-specific content for digital platforms and print materials such as brochures, newsletters, and flyers.
  • Project Coordination: Support the execution of special projects and initiatives within the department. Ensure timelines and objectives are met.
  • Financial Management Support: Assist in managing department budgets, processing invoices, and monitoring expenses.
  • Client and External Relations: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and assist with public, corporate, and community outreach.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, MarComm, Marketing, or related).
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience or internship experience in clerical and administrative duties. Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
