Job description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the wider leadership team. You’ll manage day-to-day schedules, comms, tasks, and ops — becoming a trusted extension of the CEO and a vital part of Bellow’s heartbeat.

You’ll be the go-to person to keep things moving even when the CEO is in meetings, on shoots, or away from the desk — someone who anticipates what’s needed before being asked.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage CEO’s calendar: scheduling meetings, shoots, internal reviews, and travel
  • Handle business communications: emails, memos, meeting notes, follow-ups
  • Keep the CEO and team accountable with reminders, timelines, and task tracking
  • Support content creation tasks — editing and scheduling LinkedIn posts, updating decks, light copywriting
  • Coordinate internal ops: team check-ins, deadlines, planning across departments
  • Support light financial admin — managing expense tracking, invoice follow-ups, claims, petty cash records
  • Handle external appointments for business (interviews, event invites, press, client requests)
  • Help prepare talking points, slides, and materials for meetings and pitches
What We’re Looking For
  • Extremely organised and self-managed — you love structure but know how to stay flexible
  • Strong communication and writing skills — comfortable managing emails, editing posts, and simplifying complex ideas
  • Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Suite, Notion, Canva, Slack, WhatsApp, and social platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Trustworthy and professional — discretion is second nature to you
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in creative, media, or startup environments
  • Background in marketing, comms, or project coordination
  • Design or video editing skills (even light ones in Canva or CapCut)
