The Opportunity

Join us as an Executive Assistant for the Hub Manager – APAC, supporting our leadership team. This role involves managing sensitive information, coordinating with multiple leaders, and ensuring smooth operations in the APAC hub. If you have excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, this role offers a chance to contribute significantly to our success.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for executives.
  • Prepare for meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and manage travel and expenses.
  • Support projects, research, data analysis, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as the point of contact for the APAC service team, managing communications, SCM support, PR/PO processes, and office supplies.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
