Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
