Tasks

This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to take on a broad range of responsibilities in support of a senior leadership team. You’ll manage daily office operations, coordinate complex schedules and regional travel, liaise with internal departments and external vendors, and help shape an efficient and collaborative office environment. You’ll also work closely with global teams across Asia, Europe, and North America, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Discretion, judgment, and an ability to anticipate needs are key traits for success in this role.


Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in office management and/or executive-level support, ideally in financial services or a similarly fast-paced, international environment.

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proven track record of independently managing multiple priorities and supporting senior stakeholders.

  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones with global teams.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential due to regular interaction with international counterparts.
