Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director across a range of responsibilities including account management, investment research, content/media tasks, and operational support. The ideal candidate is not only organized and financially literate, but also creative, tech-savvy, and resourceful—able to assist in photography, photo editing, and visual content preparation. Knowledge of real estate and investment is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing accounts, tracking expenses, and preparing simple financial summaries.

  • Conduct research and provide insights on real estate and investment opportunities.

  • Support in day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Capture and edit photos for internal or marketing use (e.g., real estate listings, social media).

  • Manage files, coordinate with vendors or external partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Take initiative to find solutions, tools, or information to support the Director’s tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or IT support role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles.

  • Experience with photo editing software

  • Ability to take and edit high-quality photos.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a high degree of discretion.
