A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking an organized Administrative Support professional to assist the APAC Regional Security Operations. The role involves scheduling, managing T&E claims, and liaising with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or GCE ‘O’ levels and have significant experience supporting senior leaders. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
The role is responsible for providing overall support to the APAC Regional Security Operations group. Duties include, but are not limited to, meetings coordination, database management, invoice processing, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and other general secretarial and administrative support to the department. Strong team player is highly desirable. Based in Singapore, this position will report into the Vice President of Global Security Asia Pacific.
