A dynamic organization in Singapore seeks a meticulous Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing schedules, client communication, and office tasks. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
Plan, organize, and manage the CEO’s calendars, appointments, meeting schedules and travel plans
Keep track and update CEO and Head of Departments of important appointments and deadlines
Manage the communication both written or verbal with prospective clients appropriately, follow up and maintain proper records of clients in the database
Manage and schedule internal and external meetings as well as any other appointments
Arrange and prepare presentations, memos, minutes, materials and documents for various meetings as well as recording meeting minutes with accuracy
Not limited to attending inquires from clients or prospects, liaison to any 3rdparty vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders of the company.
Being able to achieve service excellence and guest relations to align our brand and our affluent client, being able to enhance and ensure quality checks on the entire lifecycle of our clients.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Conduct general administrative tasks, such as filing, shredding documents a & maintaining office supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office
Execution of ad-hoc duties as instructed by the CEO
Who
Detailed, meticulous and result-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Independent, quick-on-action and flexible self-starter with high sense of responsibility
Strong ability to organize work well with deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in Administration or Personal Assistant role is advantageous

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Proficiency and experience with Excel
Knowledge in all Microsoft Office software and Google Spreadsheet
Diploma and Degree holders only
