JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to Head of Departments of the Trading Division, including managing travel arrangements, visa applications, expense reporting, and office supplies. Additionally, the position involves organizing team bonding events and serving as a backup for the Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Heads of Department in the Trading Division with travel bookings on flight and accommodation for their business travels.
  • Support the Heads of Department in the submission of travel expenses and claims through Workday.
  • Responsible for providing support such as handling business visa applications to internal and external overseas delegations whenever they are in Singapore for meetings with the Trading Team.
  • Organize team bonding activities and Department events and gatherings for the Trading Department.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventories such as stationeries and office equipment for the Trading Department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
