The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Mandarin, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and reviewing Mandarin-language documents. Key Responsibilities
Professional Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules
- Build, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets for business tracking
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and preparation of business slide decks
- Manage data entry, filing, and internal documentation
- Use advanced Microsoft Word formatting skills and styles to rework documents and ensure consistent formatting
- Learn and navigate Singapore e-government platforms (e.g., IRAS, BizFile, Corppass)
- Assist with Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings
- Support light project coordination and vendor follow-ups
Personal Support
- Arrange family travel (local and international), including itinerary planning and logistics
- Track and submit medical reimbursements
- Assist with school calendar management and coordination
- Organize personal documentation including international tax-related files
- Provide flexible support for other personal tasks as they arise
