D-Team Engineering Pte Ltd is hiring a Full-time Executive Administrator in Serangoon, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job Summary:
  • Available workdays: Monday to Saturday, with morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays, and morning shifts on Saturday.
  • No experience required.
  • Expected salary: $3,400 - $4,200 per month.

Responsibilities:
Procurement
  • Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders based on project requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Review and evaluate contract documents from clients and main contractors for compliance and understanding.
  • Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best pricing and terms.
  • Manage variation orders and contractual changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for reliable procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
Quantity Surveyor
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and analysis for construction projects.
  • Measure quantities, compile Bills of Quantities, and coordinate with suppliers for quotations.
  • Prepare tender packages, including pre-qualification documents and evaluations.
  • Attend site showrounds to understand project requirements and client expectations.
MEP Modeller
  • Prepare detailed M&E shop drawings, section details, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate on coordination drawings and contribute to BIM development.
  • Update drawings and plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project models, including creating families and annotations.
  • Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings.
  • Support project leaders with drawing amendments and standards compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Revit and MEP Modelling is advantageous for the MEP Modeller role.
