Job Summary:

  • Expected salary: $3,000 - $5,000 per month
Job Description:
  • Organize business and personal events, meetings, and gatherings, including venue booking and logistics management
  • Provide daily administrative support to Chairman and General Manager
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, household matters, and personal activities
  • Support medical appointments and healthcare coordination for leadership
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Monitor investment projects and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle banking transactions and financial administration
  • Coordinate restaurant reservations and dining arrangements
  • Address last-minute changes, provide real-time support, and execute additional delegated tasks
Administrative Support:

Job Requirements:
