Vecmocon is making the EV ecosystem smart, connected, and reliable by using its state-of-the-art solutions and data-centric approach, to drive the electric mobility and clean energy revolution in India. Job Description

We are looking for a sharp-witted candidate who excels in follow-up and coordination with minimal supervision, communicates empathetically and effectively with all stakeholders, and is highly organized in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure all meetings and schedules are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Screen telephone calls, take messages, and respond to queries.
  2. Draft letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO/President.
  3. Manage the CEO/President's calendar, prioritize their schedule, and ensure timely meetings.
  4. Handle all types of daily correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  5. Research, organize, and assist with team activities such as all-hands meetings, off-sites, and social events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics and Electronics.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to Founders or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge and usage of Google Workspace, internal communication platforms (mobile and web apps), and their management.
  • Outstanding research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
