Job Purpose
- To support the company for all administrative and marketing requirements relating to managed vessels and raising purchase requisition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Raise or Reserve PR and save in common folder or shared drive
- Liaising with Vendors on Purchase Requisitions
- Record and manage of PR Control Log
- Follow up & Reserve PR and make amendment as per final costing
- Replace reserve PR with final amended PR saved in common folder or shared drive
- Do/Revise GRN clarification
- Consolidating PMS from the fleet on a monthly basis and save in common folder or shared drive. To ensure completeness of PMS signature
- Monitor Fleet Administration
- Ensure the requirements of company ISM system are efficiently maintained
- Ensure proper records are maintained and submitted to owners on a regular basis for managed vessels
- Audit and monitor fleet filing systems (Trade and Statutory certificates) on a regular basis
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Manager/Director when necessary
- Provide administrative support for all, applying relevant visas, verification on staff claims
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to the maritime industry.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional materials (e.g., brochures, corporate profiles, trade show materials, digital content).
- Organize company participation in offshore exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and digital engagement.
