Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Office (Which includes filing, arranging courier services, etc)
  • Assume the billing and cashier responsibility at front desk
  • Requisite/purchase of stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc
  • Assume receptionist duty at the Centre
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
  • Organised, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Responsible, pleasant and approachable
  • Initiative, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
  • Experience working in Healthcare sector will be advantageous
