Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Office (Which includes filing, arranging courier services, etc)
- Assume the billing and cashier responsibility at front desk
- Requisite/purchase of stationery, letterheads, envelopes, etc
- Assume receptionist duty at the Centre
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years experience of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
- Organised, meticulous and possess a strong sense of urgency
- Responsible, pleasant and approachable
- Initiative, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
- Experience working in Healthcare sector will be advantageous
