Job summary

A leading wildlife conservation organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to support the Mandai Rainforest Resort team. Responsibilities include administration and coordination tasks, requiring strong communication skills and a background in tourism and asset management. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in tourism and asset management.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.

Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and support the team overseeing the Mandai Rainforest Resort
  • Providing administration support to the Asset Management team
  • Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly and ad-hoc meetings
  • Tabletop analysis as and when required
  • Organise meetings, luncheons, sites inspections and required logistics
  • Work closely with partners, design consultants, fitout contracts, and/or other relevant specialists/vendors to ensure relevant documents are executed within the agreed timeline/costing in a timely and efficient manner
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in tourism and asset management
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, self-driven with a desire for knowledge and a positive attitude
  • Keen eyes for details, resourceful, analytics and assertive
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
