Job summary
A global certification body in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional to facilitate smooth operations of Non-Asset Intensive laboratories. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating activities within departments, and ensuring timely procurement. Candidates should have at least a GCE O Level and 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous. This role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of experience in admin coordination and/or operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of Non-Asset Intensive laboratories.
- Provide administrative support for smooth coordination.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations (as assigned) of Non-Asset Intensive (NAI) laboratories to facilitate smooth running of business delivery
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth coordination within the Department, Certification and Business Units
- Ensure all Procurement related activities for the Department are completed in a timely manner
- Any other administrative tasks appropriate for this level
Qualifications
