Job description

A strategic administrative position supporting the Communicable Diseases Collaboration Group in CDA. You'll be the key enabler ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient workflow for the Directors and Group Director, acting as their primary administrative coordinator and also support the Training and Education team in logistics and procurement as secondary activities.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What will you be working on

  1. Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordination, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries whilst anticipating potential conflicts and resolving them proactively for the Directors and GD.
  2. Support overseas claims submissions and requests for the Directors and the GD.
  3. Coordinate with IT and other support teams on logistics matters for the group.
  4. Provide support for administrative and finance activities for the Training and Education team.
  5. Assist in the coordination for logistics and procurement activities for the Training and Education team.

What are we looking for

  • A dedicated and organised individual with strong time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team or independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant would be an advantage.
