A staffing agency in Singapore seeks an individual for award administration roles. Key responsibilities include validating ROA, managing award processes, and reconciling data. Stewardship
1. Validate and update the Rules of Administration (ROA) to ensure accuracy and proper entry of information into the CRM system.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor fund utilisation, including generating fund utilisation reports.
3. Manage award administration, including extracting award requirements and communicating them to school administrators.
4. Collaborate with school administrators to ensure the award process aligns with ROA guidelines.
5. Coordinate with students/award recipients to facilitate donor engagements in accordance with the established process.
6. Understand, review and interpret basic data information related to daily operations.
7. Reconcile data between different reports and systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
8. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain data integrity.
9. Generate Gift Impact Report for donors.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Track and report on the award administration progress.
2. Ensure the donor database is updated with the latest information provided.
3. Provide general administrative support in other assigned areas for the team.
