Job description

1. Administration
  • Handle company correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
2. Human Resources
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and HR policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory filings.
3. Finance
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) — issue invoices, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) — verify vendor invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Handle basic accounting functions, including petty cash and expense claims.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions and proper documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
