Job description

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide administrative and executive support to individual designers and/or management team members
  • Support design teams for internal and external projects, including but not limited to material sourcing, travel arrangements, accommodations, etc
  • Provide support and assist with various office administrative tasks such as raising and approving requisitions or quotations, invoices etc
  • Maintain and organise calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, including but not limited to initiating action and making judgments based on the urgency of issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Perform any other duties

What We are Looking For:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
