Job description

Responsibilities

· Handle all AR functions

· Perform daily posting and reconciliation of receipts

· Ensure timely and accurate recording of receipts

· Ensure statement of accounts and reminder letters are send out according to schedules

· Generate age analysis and monitoring outstanding debts.

· Handle e-commerce AR functions

· Process Debit and Credit Notes

· Maintain support with clients

· Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

· Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification

· Experience in FMCG, retail industry is preferred

· Attention to details and deadline-oriented

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
