Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates are expected to assist and support the Finance team in the following:

• Handle accounts (GL and FA);

• Prepare journals, perform data entry and assist with accounting activities;

• Prepare monthly management schedules, reports and analysis;

• Liaise with internal stakeholders on GL and FA related matters;

• Improve and streamline finance process workflow, internal controls and compliance;

• Assist with Anaplan budgeting software enhancement and maintenance; and

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should preferably:-

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent;

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience;

• Possess strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills;

• Detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills;

• Committed and self-driven individual with good stress management;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; and

• Proficiency in Oracle, Smartview and Anaplan budgeting software is highly preferred.
