About the Role

You will be part of the Oncology Academic Clinical Programme (ACP) team that supports academic medicine advancement and academic talent development and recognition. You will provide effective support to ensure timely execution of the pre-award and post-award fund administration process, academic appointments, promotions and tenure submissions. You will also provide secretariat support to key appointment holders including event management.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  1. Assist Principal Investigators in pre-award evaluation and post-award administration of philanthropic funding, funds disbursement and progress/final reports review to meet grant call cycle time for new and ongoing projects
  2. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end process for academic appointments, promotions and tenure submissions
  3. Provide secretariat support such as arranging virtual and on-site meetings, prepare meeting minutes and nomination write-ups, organise townhall sessions and events, coordinate visiting professorships, etc.
  4. Participate in any new ACP projects and initiatives, as required

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience in healthcare or education setting would be an added advantage
  2. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  3. Resourceful and proactive team player, with positive attitude and keenness to learn and grow
  4. Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task efficiently
