Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with daily work arrangements.
• Develop and arrange personnel work plans per manager's requirements.
• Support project scheduling and site operations management.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery matters to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and routes; handle and prepare documents.
• Load and unload products; collect cash payments and settle invoices.
• Work independently; maintain company vehicles and transport equipment/ personnel as required.

Job description

Primarily responsible for assisting the manager with daily work arrangements, developing and arranging personnel work plans according to the manager's requirements, project scheduling, and site operations management; communicating with customers regarding delivery matters to ensure smooth delivery of goods; familiarity with Singapore roads; handling and preparing documents; loading and unloading products; collecting cash payments from customers and settling invoices; able to work independently; familiar with Singapore routes; assisting with other departmental tasks; maintaining company vehicles; transporting and recovering equipment; and transporting employees to and from the construction site or unloading point.
