What you will be working on:
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including servers, routers, firewalls, and other critical infrastructure• Procure network equipment and ensure compatibility with existing systems• Supervise and manage contractors for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of network equipment• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and report network status• Investigate and troubleshoot network faults, ensuring timely resolution and system recovery• Perform backup and disaster recovery procedures for network infrastructure• Assess and integrate new technologies and best practices to enhance system security, performance, and reliability• Implement and manage cybersecurity applications and additional security measures as needed• Schedule and execute system maintenance, updates, and upgrades for network equipment• Manage user accounts, including creation, deletion, and permission control• Conduct Indicators of Compromise (IOC) scans as required by the IDTD security team• Ensure timely updates for Windows patches, antivirus definitions, and firmware for all network-related devices, including PLCs, network switches, and firewalls• Coordinate and oversee annual external cybersecurity audits, including risk assessments and compliance with CCOP standards• Perform quarterly reviews of SCADA event logs and user access rights• Submit change request forms to the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) for modifications to the Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) network or Windows OS• Implement, maintain, and manage additional applications or systems as required to enhance cybersecurity and network performance
What we are looking for:
• Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, including servers, network routers, and firewallsCandidates with the following certifications will have an added advantage:• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)• CompTIA Security+• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)• CREST Practitioner Security Analyst (CPSA) (for penetration testing roles)• SANS/GIAC Certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCIA, GCFA)• Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) TrainingAll applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
