Excavator Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Trainer to join our team. As an Excavator Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to our trainees on the safe and efficient operation of excavators. This is a full-time position within our dynamic construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes on excavator operation, including hands-on practical demonstrations
• Assess the competency of trainees and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure all excavator operations comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in excavator technology
• Collaborate with the wider construction team to support project needs and objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an excavator trainer, with a proven track record of safe and efficient operation
• In-depth knowledge of excavator operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information
• Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of construction equipment and tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must possess a valid operator license / certificate (issued by BCA Singapore)
