Job summary

HOLCAM CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an Excavator Operator to perform earthmoving work at construction sites, including digging, trenching, grading and loading, while strictly following site plans and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a valid excavator licence, has 1–2 years of relevant experience, can inspect equipment daily, work overtime or shifts when needed, and communicates clearly with the team to maintain safe operations.

Qualifications

• Valid excavator licence or heavy-equipment operator certification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently.
• Able to read site plans and follow supervisor instructions.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Physically fit for outdoor work and safety-conscious.
• Knowledge of daily equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Good teamwork and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Valid excavator or heavy-equipment operator licence/certification

• Ability to understand site plans, markings, and supervisor instructions
