Bloom Tuition Agency in Singapore is seeking ex-MOE professionals for a full-time private tutoring role in Tampines East. You will deliver personalised tuition, tailor lessons, assess progress and communicate with parents, while keeping detailed records and aligning with school curricula.

Qualifications

• FULL‑TIME with experienced Tutors or Former Ministry of Education (MOE) teaching experience or equivalent background in formal education.
• Strong subject matter expertise in your teaching specialisation(s).
• Experience preparing students for examinations such as PSLE, O‑Levels or A‑Levels (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to students across various academic levels and subjects
• Develop customised lesson plans tailored to individual student learning styles, strengths and areas for improvement
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents
• Prepare comprehensive teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct regular tutorial sessions in line with school curricula and examination requirements
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, attendance and any academic concerns
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance and development
• Stay current with educational best practices and continuously improve your teaching methodologies
• Collaborate with Bloom Tuition Agency to ensure consistency in service delivery and student satisfaction
