[Every Fridday Interview] Keen in Healthcare, No Need Exp!!] 2 Years Contract Ward Service Assistant @WEST #HJC

Location: Jurong

Working Hours:

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Salary: $1,700 – $2,000/month

Summary: This job is a very hands-on job – basically serving food tray to patients (2 tea breaks + lunch + dinner). Apart from serving food, will need to do inventory if the food stocks going low or linen stocks are low.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serving of food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
• Checking food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Able to work on PH
• Experience in customer service
