You have 2+ years of experience in event management or a related field and are now looking for a new opportunity to further enhance your skills and contribute to successful event planning and execution. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all events are meticulously planned, flawlessly executed, and effectively managed to meet or exceed client expectations.Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and executing events, reviewing all configurations, and meeting service level agreements. You will be expected to follow an event readiness checklist, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Efficient task allocation, timely customer ticket management, and effective risk identification are crucial aspects of this role.Communication is key in this position, as you will need to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, document updates, and ensure clear information flow throughout the event planning and execution process. Additionally, you will be required to plan shift timings, maintain scrum attendance, and ensure adequate backup support for events as needed.To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience managing virtual event-based projects. Industry experience in managing such projects in the US/Canada market would be advantageous.
