Events/Marketing Specialist (Roadshows/Pop Up)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Event Executive with 1–2 years of experience, specializing in sourcing and executing roadshows and pop-ups across the island, and identifying new business development opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and secure strategic locations for roadshows, with a focus on high-traffic shopping malls and family-oriented venues.
  • Initiate and maintain partnerships with mall management and event space providers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align roadshow activities with campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and logistical arrangements for events.
  • Propose and pitch new business development ideas to expand event presence and lead generation opportunities.
  • Support event setup, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation to ensure high engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a database of mall contacts and potential event partnerships for ongoing outreach.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, mall roadshows, Indoor Playground Pop-ups or Partnership Relations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with stakeholders and vendors.Highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to work on weekends when required for event support.
  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
