We are seeking a dynamic and organizedEvents Executiveto manage and execute a variety of events, while also handling our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both event coordination and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure that all events are seamlessly planned, executed, and supported by strong social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute both in-person and virtual events from conception to completion, including conferences, product launches, workshops, webinars, and social gatherings.
- Identify suitable venues, negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events stay within budget without compromising on quality.
- Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Develop creative content (images, videos, copy) for event promotion and real-time social media coverage.
- Manage and schedule posts across relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) to drive engagement and event awareness.
- Gather feedback from event attendees and stakeholders to assess the event’s success and identify areas for improvement.
- Post-event content, including highlights, photos, testimonials, and event summaries, to sustain engagement and brand recognition.
- Maintain relationships with event participants, speakers, partners, and sponsors for future collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in event management, marketing, communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the renovation industry with a focus on event planning.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with technology and various digital tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on weekends, especially during event days.
