Job description

1. Events Management
  • Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, including brand activations, corporate functions, community events, and collaborations.
  • Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee on-site event operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
  • Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
2. Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and organizations.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize partnership visibility and value.
  • Research and explore new opportunities for brand collaborations and joint marketing efforts.
3. Marketing & Communications Support
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns for events and partnerships.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, and PR to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and media coverage for events.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in events, partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with event/project management tools.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
