Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service by handling general inquiries and feedback from the public
Oversee event operations to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate performances and activities
Ensure accurate pre-event setup for all functions
Manage crowd control and enforce safety protocols
Supervise the sale of merchandise, programs, and related items during events
Conduct briefings and debriefings with ushers before and after events
Submit daily reports promptly, documenting any incidents and managing lost & found items
Coordinate post-event logistics, including setup clearance and strike activities
Requirements
Diploma in relevant discipline or related courses
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in events management
Flexible availability to accommodate varying event schedules and shifts
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
