Job Description

  • Manage queries on events logistics and bookings request via mailbox

  • Facilitate and liaise with different department reps for events internally

  • Liaise with AV team on setup of AV systems prior to event

  • To source and request for quotations for venue, catering, office equipment and pantry supplies

  • Manage budget, contracts and procurement for telecommunications, newspaper and magazine subscription and copiers

  • Coordinate catering arrangement for VIPs and staff

  • Manage First Aid/AED equipment

  • Manage gift declaration and disposal

  • Transport and Travel Management

  • Displays/signage management

  • VIP Support Management

  • Other administration support for Office Management

Job Requirement

  • Min Diploma in any discipline

  • Prior relevant experience in event management or in the job scope would be an advantage

  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)

  • City Hall MRT
