Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, F&B, hospitality, customer service or promotions is an advantage.
• Willingness to approach people, listen, take feedback and improve with your team.

Responsibilities

• Start your day with product training, team practice and campaign preparation.
• Represent established brands at events, roadshows or pop-ups and engage customers.
• Qualify needs, explain suitable products and services, answer enquiries and work toward sales targets.
• Handle both positive chats and objections to learn communication and customer service skills.
