Job description

Goldwood specializes in character IP products and retail experience roadshows. We are seeking an individual who can lead and collaborate effectively with team members for our upcoming exciting projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event conceptualization, planning, and execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Support venue setup, including carpentry, print installations, electrical works, and carpeting.
  • Manage redemption campaigns and liaise with tenants for promotional events.
  • Oversee graphic and 3D design services for event marketing materials.
  • Handle audio-visual rentals and ensure proper setup for events.
  • Participate in exhibition booth design and fabrication.
  • Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for events.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.

On Site:

  • Handle takeover & handover of venues.
  • Manage live event coordination across all parties.
  • Assist logistics team during setup & inspect installations to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Capture deliverables for submission of completion reports.
  • Perform situational assessments to identify potential risks.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate crisis situations for smooth operations despite unexpected circumstances.
  • Guide staff to ensure high service standards & job satisfaction among limited-term event staff.
  • Tally inventory at end of event & report breakage or discrepancies.
  • Assist logistics team with tear-down & equipment reset.
