A dynamic events company in Singapore is seeking an Events/Marketing Specialist to source and execute roadshows and pop-ups. The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, and thrives in people-focused environments. Key responsibilities include securing event locations, managing partnerships, aligning activities with marketing campaigns, and evaluating event success. A diploma or degree in Event Management or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in events, mall roadshows, Indoor Playground Pop-ups or Partnership Relations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to work on weekends when required for event support.

About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Event Executive, specializing in sourcing and executing roadshows and pop-ups across the island, and identifying new business development opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
