Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking a junior florist to support daily studio operations and event setups. You will learn basic floristry, wrapping techniques, and simple arrangements for bouquets and centrepieces.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment of at least six months, with a possibility to convert to part-time or full-time later. Weekend work is expected and hours may be irregular.

Qualifications

• No prior floristry experience required, but passion for flowers is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to commit to at least 6 months.
• Willing to learn basic floristry skills such as bouquet wrapping and centerpieces.

Responsibilities

• Receive flower shipments and check them for quality.
• Prepare and condition flowers for use.
• Create simple flower arrangements and wraps.
• Pack logistics for events and assist in set up/tear down.
• Keep the studio clean and tidy; assist in flower workshop events.
• Learn basic floristry for wrapped bouquets, bridal accessories, centrepieces, and flower arches.
• Participate in events logistics and setup, including installations.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, up to 44 hours/week.

• Assist in event set up and tear down
• Keeping the studio clean and tidy
• Assist in flower workshop events
• This role involves both involvement in events and retail

  You will learn

  We are looking for passionate individuals with an interest in floristry, responsible and positive and able to commit to a minimum of 6 months, with option to convert to part time or full time afterwards. Those with basic flower experience may also apply for junior florist role. Note: Working hours are irregular and include weekends, up to a maximum of 44 hours a week.
